I will look for that book. I also read “Open the Door” by Joyce Rupp this fall and really got a lot out of it – thanks for the recommendation! (I am having my oatmeal with apples, raisins, walnuts and cinnamon; I’ll have to try the pomegranate – and the prayer at breakfast; I usually eat it standing up and writing lists or packing lunch!)
