I’m lagging on my shopping, too, mostly because I wanted to stay away from the mall all last weekend. I’m not a great shopper even at the best of times, and the busy holiday season is anything but. My goal is to just get it done, hopefully with a minimum of stress.

One plus for this year: I just had a book published, so all the women in my family will be getting that for Christmas. But the guys … oh, so hard to shop for! I’ll have to get creative. Thanks for the reminder to shop local and small businesses where possible.

I’ve also found that designing photo books on Shutterfly is a good gift. They are always a big hit.
