It felt like a relief, a weight lifted in fact, to let go of the desire to unroll the mat. In doing so, the mat unrolled in early November via another path, and I settled into an easy seat… My practice has resurrected because I had to let go of what I projected, and I had to welcome in what is. I thank you for that. I’m looking forward to 2021 with you. Thank you!
