My goal when offering retreats, workshops and talks is to connect with the audience and to be guided by the needs of the group rather than any self-imposed agenda.<\/p>\n
I am available to give retreats and workshops in any location and for whatever amount of time you need \u2014 an hour, a day, a weekend, a week. All of my retreats incorporate practical exercises, from collage-as-prayer and journaling to yoga, guided meditations and mindful eating practices. Yoga<\/a> and meditation are needed more than ever in our chaotic and noisy world. I\u2019ve seen firsthand what these practices can do to alleviate stress, improve mental health, and foster spiritual growth.
