Gorgeous! The playlists I create for my yoga classes, which you can find on <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"my Spotify (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/user\/wezrhibdiz25q51fapmta2api\" target=\"_blank\">my Spotify<\/a>. And yet another new Taylor Swift album, <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Evermore (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/store.taylorswift.com\/products\/evermore-album-digital-standard-edition\" target=\"_blank\">Evermore<\/a><\/em>. And, of course, the occasional Christmas carols. Lots of good music going on over here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bookshelf:<\/strong> As it turns out, I&#8217;m toggling over in the the book department as well. On my nightstand in hard copy format is <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"The Long Loneliness (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Long-Loneliness-Autobiography-Legendary-Catholic\/dp\/0060617519\/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3OWUI66LUBGPN&amp;dchild=1&amp;keywords=the+long+loneliness+by+dorothy+day&amp;qid=1607962010&amp;sprefix=The+Long+loneliness%2Cpopular%2C159&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\">The Long Loneliness<\/a><\/em> by Dorothy Day, which I have started multiple times and am now finally getting around to reading fully. Powerful. When I&#8217;m in my car I&#8217;m listening to <em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Think Like a Monk  (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Think-Like-Monk-Train-Purpose\/dp\/1982134488\/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1XTIZHWDE9BG3&amp;dchild=1&amp;keywords=think+like+a+monk&amp;qid=1607962120&amp;sprefix=think+like+a+monk%2Caps%2C172&amp;sr=8-1\" target=\"_blank\">Think Like a Monk <\/a><\/em>by Jay Shetty on Audible. Loving this one so much I&#8217;ll probably buy the hard copy as well. Lots of helpful tips for prioritizing our lives and living more fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menu:<\/strong> It&#8217;s been a carb-heavy season so far, much to the chagrin of my waistband. Homemade pizza last night, pasta and meatballs the night before. Mexican ordered from <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Los Panchos in Delmar (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lospanchosdelmar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Los Panchos in Delmar<\/a> &#8212; delish! That&#8217;s become a pandemic favorite. It&#8217;s among some of the local restaurants we had never visited or ordered from until COVID hit. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"La Empanada Llama (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.laempanadallama.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">La Empanada Llama<\/a> is another new favorite for orders in. If you&#8217;re local, give them a try! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viewfinder:<\/strong> Since I&#8217;m teaching so much yoga these days, lots of photos of Jai Yoga School or home yoga practice make their way into my feed. In addition, I&#8217;m doing an Instagram series on Christmas ornaments we pick up whenever we travel. Ornaments on location. Here are a couple of images from both series.
